Keanu Reeves: Lawyer Says Not To Blame If Paparazzo Got In Way

Keanu Reeves’ Porsche allegedly brushed a photographer in the street. He wound up on the ground and then in the hospital. Deputies are investigating.

Reeves’ lawyer says the photographer is more to blame than Reeves. The lawyer says the paparazzo had followed Reeves to a coastal community about 30 miles from Los Angeles.

He says the man was standing in front of Reeves’ car “blocking his way” when Reeves got into his car to leave. He says, “Reeves assumed that he would move away when he started to slowly inch the car away from the curb” and if his car “did accidentally come in contact with the paparazzo, it certainly was not hard enough to injure him in any way or to knock him to the ground.”

The lawyer says it appeared as though the photographer was trying to cause the encounter. [Wrex.com]

    I have met Mr. Reeves when he was in Houston in ‘97 and he is not the type to run someone down. The paparazzo obviously is not good at what he does is he has to stoop this low. Maybe he should change careers. And for the record I’m not an obsessed fan, I just know good people when I meet them. Keanu Reeves God Bless You. Be Safe.
